Frontline Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead a busy team in a fast-paced QSR environment. This hands-on role puts you on the floor, delivering exceptional service and driving day-to-day operations.

You'll report to the Area Manager, focusing on staff development, food safety, and cost controls, with real opportunities for progression in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in QSR/fast food.
• Confident, energetic personality with strong on-floor leadership.
• Enjoys hands-on floor work and team motivation.
• Excellent customer service and hands-on approach.
• High work ethic, calm under pressure; HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team.
• Be hands-on across the floor, ensure smooth service and happy customers.
• Set the standard for great service and lead by example each shift.
• Manage team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Monitor labour costs, wastage and daily operations to stay financially on track.
• Support day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain strong food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards.
• Create an environment where the team enjoys coming to work.
