Job summary

The Trustee for Bottega Coco Trust in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an enthusiastic Manager to lead front-of-house operations at Bottega Coco Barrangaroo. The role requires at least 2 years in restaurant and hospitality management, with a passion for customer service and the ability to coordinate a busy service while mentoring staff.

You will open and close the restaurant, roster staff with wage control, order non-food items, and ensure health standards are met.

• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality management experience
• Passion for customer service
• Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team
• Ability to work under pressure with urgency
• Self-motivated, highly organised and well presented

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of front of house operations
• Collaborate with the executive Manager to ensure staff deliver excellent service

• Ensure facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean

• Restaurant and Hospitality Management experience minimum of 2 years +
• Passion for customer service
• Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team

• Exceptional communication skillsThe role includes but not limited to:
