Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the team and service operations in a relaxed, quality casual dining venue in Sydney, NSW. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the à la carte dining bistro in a moderate-scale operation with a guest-focused mindset.

You will manage a team of hospitality professionals, ensure service standards, control costs, and foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and return.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience in casual dining or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong track record managing front-of-house teams, service standards, and guest experience.
• Good food and beverage knowledge, this role also encompasses bar and beverage skillset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Rostering, ordering and understanding of menu development and costings ideal.
