Qualifications

Previous restaurant waitstaff or food & beverage experience.
Strong customer service and communications skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and professional service to guests.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
Manage allocated dining sections during busy service periods.
Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Run food and drinks between kitchen, bar and dining areas.
Carry and serve multiple plates safely and confidently.
Prepare, clear and reset tables between sittings.
Operate computerized POS systems for orders and payments.
Assist guests with menu and beverage selections.
Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout service.
Work closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Support smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
