Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our NSW locations. You will coach and train the team, manage the restaurant’s P&L, and uphold high standards of quality and procedures while embodying the GYG spirit.

You will drive performance, lead by example, and contribute to a culture of exceptional customer service. The role offers leadership growth opportunities and comprehensive training to set you up for success.
