Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Australia to oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, and manage P&L while upholding brand standards and the GYG spirit. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead with a focus on quality and procedures across the team.
