Park Lane Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our bar, bistro, café and events at Noosa North Shore Holiday Park. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll drive guest experiences, commercial performance and team excellence across multiple venues.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, budget and labour oversight, plus a passion for events such as weddings and conferences. Join a growing, family-owned operation in a unique Sunshine Coast destination.

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage operation at Park Lane Noosa North Shore Holiday Park. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll lead a diverse team, drive commercial performance and create exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant, café, bar, and events.

Working closely with department managers, you'll play a key role in the success of one of the Sunshine Coast's most unique hospitality destinations.
