Park Lane Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our bar, bistro, café and events at Noosa North Shore Holiday Park. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll drive guest experiences, commercial performance and team excellence across multiple venues.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, budget and labour oversight, plus a passion for events such as weddings and conferences. Join a growing, family-owned operation in a unique Sunshine Coast destination.

Formación

• Leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, resorts, clubs or tourism operations.
• Experience managing labour, budgets, stock control and operational performance.
• Strong team leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience delivering functions, events, weddings or conferences.
• A guest-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Leading food and beverage operations across the bar, bistro, café and events
• Driving revenue growth, profitability and operational performance
• Managing labour, budgets, stock control and costs
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Overseeing weddings, conferences, functions and special events
• Maintaining exceptional guest service standards
• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace safety requirements
