The Doonan, part of The Comiskey Group, is a stunning venue just 20 mins outside Noosa on the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Open 7 days a week with indoor/outdoor dining, bars, and a playground, it delivers a high-quality food and beverage experience in a relaxed yet luxurious setting.

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead operations across all areas, support your team in delivering world-class service, and drive costs to meet financial goals while maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same or similar role.
• Experience in high volume bar and restaurant trade.
• Supporting your team in delivering world-class service to guests.
• Overseeing service and ensuring processes and procedures in standards and compliance are followed.
• Managing costs to meet the company’s financial goals without compromising service and our teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily F&B operations.
• Coach and develop front-of-house teams to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure world-class service to guests and compliance with standards.
