The Beach House in Eden Beach, Jindalee, WA is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and drive the front-of-house operation at our coastal venue. The role offers the chance to lead a busy service with a hands-on, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a FOH team of 20+ employees and ability to manage, motivate and train staff.
• Knowledge of rostering systems and ability to meet wage targets.
• Strong understanding of stock and inventory processes.
• A current Western Australian RSA and Approved Manager’s Certification.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

The Beach House is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the front-of-house operation at our beautiful coastal venue in Eden Beach, Jindalee.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Restuarant Manager will oversee:

• Staff training and development
• Shift management, driving exceptional service
• Stock and inventory management
• End of day reporting processes, and more
