Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Restaurant Manager to bring our Guest Obsessed value to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to guests daily. You will lead a high-energy team in a busy, high-volume environment, driving a high-performance culture from P&L to guest satisfaction, while championing change and motivating staff.

You will help build the brand through strategic planning, ongoing training, and a safe, collaborative workplace that supports growth and career

In your new role as Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of “Guest Obsessed” to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day. You truly believe in harnessing “People Power”, leading your team to success in a busy, high-volume environment where no two days are the same, including: Creating a high-performance culture in your restaurant, from financial profitability (P&L), to people, to guest satisfaction. Leading from the front, championing change and ensuring your people are motivated to contribute to your restaurant’s success.
