Rivers & Co - Steak & Ocean Grill on Sanctuary Cove/Hope Island is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the venue under the guidance of the Venue Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences with staff training and proactive leadership, ensuring staff present professionally and uphold high service standards.

You will manage rosters, coordinate with senior management, and foster a positive, motivating environment.

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our experienced team at Rivers & Co - Steak & Ocean Grill, located on the water in Sanctuary Cove/Hope Island.

A Restaurant Manager who is happy to work under the direction of our Venue Manager

Someone with strong operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality

Someone who can manage the venue with pride & professionalism

Our focus is on the guest experience, so a Manager who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service is a must. You are the eyes and ears and will direct the staff at all times

We need a Manager who can manage rosters in accordance with criteria

Someone who has a great presentation and a real presence.

You will have a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences because dealing with happy guests is the environment we create

You'll be happy to train and develop the staff, and provide thorough and motivational briefings

A senior team member who is positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader
