Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen on the Gold Coast is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own the day-to-day operations, elevate the customer experience and lead a high‑volume team. You will coach and train staff, ensure quality control, and oversee inventory and financial performance.

The role focuses on maintaining procedures, achieving KPIs, and driving profitability while upholding the brand's fast‑food standards.

Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
