Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Melbourne is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own daily operations, elevate the guest experience, coach and develop the team, and oversee inventory and financial performance.

Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
