Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive profitability. You will coach the team, manage inventory, and oversee financial performance with a focus on quality and procedures.

Ideal candidates bring experience leading in busy hospitality, delivering outstanding service, and strong communication skills, with a track record of hitting KPIs.

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall running of the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable.
• Develop and coach the team through training opportunities.
• Manage inventory and the financial performance of the restaurant.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain high quality standards.

Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
