Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Australia to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the restaurant's financial performance.

You will coach and develop the team through coaching and training opportunities, manage inventory, uphold quality standards, and implement procedures that support profitable growth in a busy, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and guests.
• Track record of achieving KPIs and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
