Fast Wok Chinese and Malaysian Restaurant is seeking an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, recruiting and supervising staff, coordinating rosters, controlling inventory, maintaining service quality and ensuring compliance with relevant food safety and workplace requirements. This position requires a hands‑on management professional with strong leadership, organisational and operational skills, capable of maintaining high service standards and supporting the restaurant's ongoing business performance in a fast‑paced dining environment.
