Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality with restaurant operations and staff supervision.
• Experience in staff recruitment, rostering, training and team management.
• Experience in inventory control, purchasing and operational cost management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to restaurant management.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and smooth business operations.
• Recruit, select, onboard, train and supervise restaurant employees.
• Prepare staff rosters, allocate shifts and coordinate staffing requirements according to operational demand.
• Lead front-of-house staff to deliver professional and consistent customer service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock records, coordinate purchasing and minimise wastage.
• Assist with budgeting, labour cost monitoring and operational expense control.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement improvements to service quality.
• Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness and compliance with food safety and workplace requirements.
• Review procedures to improve efficiency, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
