Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant Support Specialist – Level 1 to provide first-line IT support for our Sydney-area restaurants. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and POS-related issues, acting as the initial contact and guiding teams through resolutions.

This role requires a calming, customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with growth opportunities, ongoing training, and exposure to iconic hospitality technology

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or a similar environment.
• Foundational troubleshooting skills across Windows, networks, hardware and software.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to restaurant teams via phone, chat and Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot issues across restaurant hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Escalate complex incidents to Level 2 or external vendors when needed.
