KFC Australia is seeking a Restaurant Infrastructure Platform Engineer to own and optimise our business-critical platforms across nearly 900 restaurants. You will lead reliability, governance and AI-enabled improvements while shaping platform roadmaps and support models.
You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, drive operational maturity, and ensure technology remains reliable and scalable for restaurant performance and customer experience.

This is more than an infrastructure support role. You'll own enterprise platforms supporting almost 900 restaurants across Australia, influencing technology strategy, driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
