Job summary

KFC Adco Limited is seeking a Restaurant Support Specialist – Level 1 to provide first-line IT support for restaurant teams, resolving incidents across Windows, networks, hardware and POS systems. You’ll triage, troubleshoot and escalate as needed, delivering calm, professional support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role supports a flexible, hybrid working setup with growth opportunities within a global brand.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in IT support or a similar technical support environment.
Foundational troubleshooting skills across Windows, networks, hardware and software.
Exposure to POS systems or restaurant technology is advantageous, but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills with clear and confident communication.
Customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to KFC restaurant teams, responding to incidents via phone, chat and Jira Service Management.
Triage and prioritise incidents based on urgency and impact, performing initial troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot common issues across restaurant hardware and software, including passwords, access, devices and network connectivity.
Escalate complex incidents to Level 2, Field Services or third-party vendors with clear handovers.
Maintain knowledge articles and contribute to faster resolutions; identify recurring issues for improvements.
