Responsibilities

• Develop impactful communications for Restaurants.
• Manage briefs, approvals, assets, and the communications calendar.
• Audit existing communications (digital, SMS, in-tool) for clarity, tone, and brand alignment, implementing improvements to boost engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for Restaurant Advisory Forums and other sessions.
• Partner with sales to troubleshoot day-to-day restaurant problems using data insights.
