HammondCare is seeking Casual Home Care Workers to support guests in the Jean Marion Cottage, Narara, NSW. Earn hourly rates from AUD 32.91 to AUD 36.50 plus penalties, with rosters available. Roles involve caring for guests, assisting with daily activities, and transporting guests when required.

Training is provided; drivers license is essential for some duties. No formal qualification is required, but Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous.

Qualificações

HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Casual Carers to join our team in the Jean Marion Cottage located in Narara.

The Opportunity

HammondCare’s Respite Cottages provide short-term accommodation and individualised support for older guests during stays of up to 10 nights. As a Specialised Carer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalised care and creating a welcoming, home-like environment.

About the role

Hourly Rates : $32.91 to $36.50 P/H + penalties

Please note: Rosters available may not suit student visa due to hour restrictions. Unlimited work rights will be highly regarded.

Shifts include : *** Ideally you will be able to work a mix of the below shifts

• 7.15am-14.45 - Morning shift
• 14.45 - 21.45- Afternoon shift
• 21.30- 07.45- Night shift

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming and hygiene

• Promote guest dignity and independence through daily activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in care professionally
• You will occasionally assist Guests to access and participate in community activities and events by providing transport support. (Drivers license is essential)

What do you need to apply?

• A strong team player, who can communicate professionally changes in care, complete all documentation, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
