HammondCare is seeking a Home Care Worker to join our not-for-profit team in Mona Vale and Manly. You will assist with social clubs, provide care and supervision, and help organise activities for older clients in a friendly, supportive environment.
No formal qualification is required, but a Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous; a First Aid certificate is desirable, and a WWCC is required. Training is provided in this evolving community setting.

The Opportunity Hammond Care’s Social clubs provide a social environment where older people can take a break from their home environment, connect with their community and spend a day socialising while being supported by our talented team of Specialised Carers.
Clients engage in enjoyable activities in a caring and friendly environment. Meeting new people and experiencing activities outside of the home can be refreshing and uplifting.
Activities can include - socialising with peers, meeting new people, going on bus outings, gardening, exercise sessions, board games, reading, crafts and helping in the kitchen.
Shifts available: Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays 8am – 4pm at our Mona Vale Club with some shifts at our Manly club.
