Job summary

HenderCare is seeking Assistant In Nursing for casual hospital-based roles in Perth, WA. You will work across morning, afternoon and night shifts, gaining experience by traveling to multiple hospitals while delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Health Service Assistance and current CPR/First Aid, with vaccination records and background checks. We offer flexible rosters, supportive coordinators, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Assisting in Acute Care).
  • Current CPR, First Aid and Manual Handling certifications.
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Vaccination/serology records up to date.
  • International applicants must have a valid working visa.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in hospital settings with safety in focus.
  • Travel to multiple hospital sites to build skills and experience.
  • Maintain infection control and documentation as required.
  • Support and communicate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes.

About The Role

In this casual hospitals-based role, you'll be offered morning, afternoon, and night shifts where you will have the opportunity to travel to multiple hospital to build your skills and experience as an AIN.

As Assistant In Nursing, You Will Have Passion For Caring For Others. You Will Be Calm Under Pressure And Able To Navigate Difficult Situations With Composure, Ensuring Safety First. You Are Hands On In Your Work And Respectful To Others. If You Have The Following Essential Criteria, We Would Love To Hear From You

  • Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Assisting in Acute Care)
  • Current CPR (HLTAID009), First Aid (HLTAID011) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) - or be willing to obtain as required
  • A current National Police Check
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Successful applicants must provide vaccination/serology records.

International applicants must have a valid working visa.
