Job summary

Ambulance Victoria seeks an ARV Resourcing Officer to efficiently fill ARV shift vacancies and support rostering duties. This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term role with hybrid options, requiring a presence at our ARV HQ located at Essendon Fields.

You will coordinate rostering across multi-shift rosters, process shift changes, assist ARV Managers with planning, and maintain roster systems data while proposing process improvements in line with ARV policies and enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant certification with experience.
• Experience with rostering in multi-shift environments.
• Knowledge of rostering awards and enterprise agreements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rostering of ARV employees to meet resourcing needs.
• Process shift changes factoring fatigue management, operations and resourcing impacts.
• Assist ARV Managers in planning and resourcing within ARV policies and awards.
• Maintain roster systems data with accuracy (availability, time, leave, overtime).
• Propose rostering improvements and process enhancements.
