Zusammenfassung

University of Wollongong (UOW) invites a Resource Sharing and Collection Development Officer to join the Library team at the Wollongong Campus. You will help ensure timely access to readings and library resources, supporting teaching and research excellence.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate systems, manage orders and invoices, and contribute to service improvements. A strong emphasis on data quality and stakeholder communication is expected.

Qualifikationen

• The role requires an associate diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in customer service, administration, or procurement is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Ability to learn and adapt to library information systems quickly.

Aufgaben

• Process readings, interlibrary loan, and document delivery requests accurately.
• Manage acquisitions, subscriptions, ordering workflows and invoice processing.
• Maintain records across library systems for resource sharing activities.
• Monitor turnaround times, liaise with clients and suppliers, resolve issues.
• Contribute to workflow improvements via data analysis and feedback.
