07TAA RAC Tourism Assets Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced full-time Assistant Resort Manager to support the launch and operation of the newly redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort in Coral Bay, Western Australia. You will drive operational performance, build high-performing teams, and ensure every guest enjoys a world-class stay.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Accommodation is included along with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role within hospitality or tourism.
• Solid financial management experience including budgets and reporting.
• Flexibility to live and work in Coral Bay, available for a 7-day roster.

• Ensure exceptional guest service standards and handle escalated feedback.
