Job summary

NRMA Angourie Resort is seeking a confident Guest Services Attendant on a casual basis to welcome guests, handle front desk duties and share local tips in a relaxed coastal setting near Yamba. You’ll manage check-ins, inquiries and Day Spa bookings while ensuring guests feel genuinely valued throughout their stay.

Join a friendly Front Office team with flexible shifts, including afternoons, and opportunities to take on additional hours during busy periods.

We're on the lookout for a confident and customer-focused Guest Services Attendant to join our team at NRMA Angourie Resort on a casual basis. Located just minutes from Yamba's stunning beaches and national parks, Angourie Resort offers guests a relaxed coastal escape complete with premium accommodation, a restaurant, day spa and resort facilities. As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from the moment they arrive.

This is much more than a traditional reception role. You'll be helping guests make the most of their stay, sharing local recommendations, supporting our Day Spa operations and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

• Currently offering approximately 1-2 shifts per week
• Opportunities for additional hours during peak periods and holiday seasons
• Typical afternoon shifts are 2:00pm to 7:00pm
• Flexibility is required, with shifts operating between approximately 7:30am and 7:00pm depending on business needs

What You Will Do

As part of our Front Office team, you'll help deliver exceptional guest experiences by:

• Welcoming guests with friendly and professional service
• Managing check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries
• Providing local recommendations, tourism information and insider tips on the best things to see and do in the region
• Taking and managing Day Spa bookings and payments
• Welcoming Day Spa guests and providing tours of the facilities
• Assisting guests with requests and resolving enquiries with confidence and care
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of Front Office
• Working independently while maintaining a high standard of service
