Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a hotel, resort or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong guest engagement and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to remain calm, decisive and professional under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to service excellence, team collaboration and operational standards.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational departments during your shift, coordinating with Department Heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Champion hospitality, delivering personalised, memorable guest experiences.
• Serve as senior point of contact for guest enquiries and service recovery, resolving issues confidently.
• Model service excellence, professionalism and presentation for the team.
• Coach and support team members to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Anticipate guest needs and enhance journeys through thoughtful service and attention to detail.
• Promote resort facilities, services and special offers to drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate shift records and communicate operational matters across departments.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, emergency procedures, policies and standards.
• Represent Elysium Noosa and Accor, delivering The Elysium Way in every interaction.
