Job summary

Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily outlet operations across premium dining and beverage experiences. You will mentor teams, uphold service rituals and deliver luxury guest journeys with warmth, elegance and precision.

Key requirements include proven supervision experience in hospitality, strong leadership and guest engagement, and holding a current RSA certificate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Senior Attendant in hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and support teams.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, events, or hotels/resorts.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Solid knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and beverage service.
• Current RSA Certificate.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in high-volume environments.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Job Description

Elysium Noosa is seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team. We are looking for hospitality leaders who are committed to delivering exceptional service, inspiring teams, and creating memorable moments that reflect the warmth, elegance and personalised luxury synonymous with the Elysium experience.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play an integral role in bringing the Elysium guest journey to life. Leading by example, you will oversee daily outlet operations, champion our service rituals, and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Working across a variety of premium dining and beverage experiences, you will mentor and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful and memorable.
