Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking a part-time Reservations/Front Office team member to handle reservations, coordinate with the Front Office and Reservations teams, and maintain daily admin duties. The role emphasizes guest service excellence and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, familiarity with front office systems (Opera preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience.
• Exposure to front office systems (Opera preferred).
• Open driver's license.
• Ability to multi-task and work in multiple areas in the Front Office department.

Aufgaben

• Promptly answer all reservations requests and record them accurately.
• Coordinate communication between Front Office and Reservations Office.
• Complete daily duties (e.g. correspondence, reports).
• Follow media communication procedures, ensuring inquiries are handled by the nominated spokesperson.
