Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking a part-time Reservations/Front Office team member to handle reservations, coordinate with the Front Office and Reservations teams, and maintain daily admin duties. The role emphasizes guest service excellence and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, familiarity with front office systems (Opera preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Job Description

• Promptly answer all requests for reservations and record them accurately.
• Communication between Front Office and Reservations Office open and reciprocal.
• Ensure completion of daily duties (e.g. Correspondence, Reports, etc)
• Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson
• Ensure that any payment issues are brought to the attention of the Reservations Supervisor and Financial Controller.
• Ensure Authority Forms are received and filed for all chargeback bookings.
• To have an understanding of our competitors.
• Promote up selling of hotel services.
• Manage no show bookings in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy
• Understand group booking transactions.
• Follow ElysiumResort Noosa brand standards to ensure full compliance within LQA Audits
• Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor / Manager.
