Job summary

Scope Australia is seeking a House Supervisor in Warrnambool to lead a small team of on- and off-site specialists. You will ensure rosters, budgets, and human resources are managed to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

In this permanent full-time role, you will provide person-centred support, follow behavior plans, assist with daily living and community access, and maintain clear documentation while communicating with the broader team.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small staff team and roster to meet budgetary and HR needs.
• Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support promoting dignity and independence.
• Follow behaviour support strategies, routines and safety procedures.
• Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines and community access.
• Use calm communication and de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern.
• Work confidently and independently following structured support plans.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate with the wider team.
• Bring patience, reliability and a calm, supportive approach to every shift.
