Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to negotiate, influence and build credibility with customers.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM (desirable).
• Building products, construction or industrial industry experience (desirable).
• Commitment to safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Implement a purposeful call planning cycle and face-to-face client meetings to develop and maintain profitable business with new and existing clients.
• Maintain customer and sales activity through the consistent use of Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with the internal teams to fulfill and exceed customer needs.
• Undertake price maintenance activities and database management.
