Job summary

Lives Lived Well in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the Bundaberg Residential Service, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care for people with alcohol and other drug challenges.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support intake, assessment, treatment planning and discharge, while promoting a safe, therapeutic environment and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Human Services or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership within health or community services.
• Experience with person-centred, recovery-oriented approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a residential treatment service.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
• Support intake, assessment, treatment planning and discharge processes.
• Monitor service delivery, client outcomes and quality standards.
• Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
• Manage risk, incidents and service compliance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive improvements.
