R.E Talent is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a straightforward residential portfolio in Western Sydney. You’ll be supported by a leasing team, an experienced Department Head, and a supportive General Manager to deliver outstanding landlord and tenant service.

Ideal candidates have NSW tenancy law knowledge, strong organisation, and a stable, long-term approach. This role offers a structured environment with local properties and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation.
• Ability to communicate confidently with landlords and tenants.
• Organised with excellent time management.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a straightforward residential portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Handle tenancy matters and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare for and attend NCAT matters when required.
• Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation.
• Work closely with the dedicated leasing team.
• Maintain accurate records and provide a high level of client service.
