Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management.

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals.
• Manage outgoings across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation.
• Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service.
