Job summary

Blossom Properties in Riverstone, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse residential portfolio. You will ensure tenant satisfaction, uphold property standards and support business objectives across Greater Western Sydney.

You’ll coordinate rent collection, inspections, leasing, compliance with NSW tenancy laws and safety standards, while building strong relationships with owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property management in NSW.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of residential properties, rent collection, maintenance coordination.
• Conduct property inspections and report on condition and compliance.
• Advertise vacancies, host viewings, and manage leasing from application to lease.
• Screen applicants and process applications per legislation and policy.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance, obtain quotes, manage contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and tenancy laws.
• Maintain property records and financial accounts.
• Provide updates to owners on performance and income.
• Manage move-in/out procedures and tenancy documentation.
• Prepare rental invoices and manage transactions.
