Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in property management.
• Understanding of Residential Tenancies Act.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of property management including tenant selection and renewals.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports.
• Manage maintenance and liaise with contractors.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for landlords.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
