Job summary

JRN Fencing & Construction seeks an experienced fencing contractor to deliver residential and commercial fencing projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. The successful contractor will work independently, from site set-out through to completion, maintaining high workmanship, presentation and site cleanliness.

Projects include timber, Colorbond and PVC fencing, gates, retaining walls and related works.

Qualifications

• Experience as a fencing contractor is required.
• Ability to read and interpret job scopes and drawings.
• Proven track record delivering completed fencing projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete allocated works independently from site to completion.
• Read job scopes, set out fence lines accurately and install posts and panels.
• Construct and hang gates and perform demolition/removal when required.
• Identify and communicate site issues before proceeding and maintain site cleanliness.

Job description

JRN Fencing & Construction is seeking an experienced and reliable fencing contractor to complete residential and commercial fencing projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. The successful contractor will be responsible for completing allocated works independently, from site set-out through to completion, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, presentation and site cleanliness.

Works will include timber fencing, Colorbond fencing, PVC fencing, pedestrian and double gates, retaining walls and associated fencing works. Contractors must be confident reading job scopes, setting out fence lines, installing posts and panels accurately, constructing and hanging gates, completing demolition/removal where required, and identifying or communicating any site issues before proceeding.

This is suited to an experienced contractor who can be trusted to attend site, manage the works efficiently and deliver a completed job without requiring constant supervision.
