Qualifications

• Must have experience scheduling technicians/installers/trades.
• Experience reading and interpreting house plans.
• Experience in residential construction or working with home builders.
• Proven customer service experience with ability to manage complaints and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians and installers for measures, installations and service work.
• Read and interpret house plans and job information.
• Liaise with home builders, supervisors and customers.
• Coordinate appointments and manage changing schedules.
• Manage customer concerns and complaints.
• Solve problems when plans or site requirements change.
• Follow jobs through and keep everyone informed.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day coordination and administration.
