Qualifications

This is a role filled with variety. One minute you'll be scheduling technicians, the next speaking with a builder, interpreting a house plan, helping a customer or resolving an issue to keep a job moving. You'll be working in a long-established Riverstone business specialising in window furnishings and security doors, in a small and supportive team of eight.

Key responsibilities

• Scheduling technicians and installers for measures, installations and service work
• Reading and interpreting house plans and job information
• Liaising with home builders, supervisors and customers
• Coordinating appointments and managing changing schedules
• Managing customer concerns and complaints
• Problem-solving when plans, dates or site requirements change
• Following jobs through and keeping everyone informed
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day job coordination and administration

About you

• Previous experience is required for this position
• Experience scheduling technicians, installers or trades
• Experience in residential construction or working with home builders
• Experience reading and interpreting house plans
