Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong administration skills, construction industry awareness, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, and a willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration within construction is preferred.
• Familiarity with pre-contract documentation and approvals is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• High level computer literacy across MS Office and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal pre-contract processes between Sales, Drafting, Estimating and Pre-Construction Administration.
• Ensure documentation is complete, checked, signed and filed in a timely manner for site progression.
• Provide clear internal briefings and support to Sales during the pre-contract phase.
• Support coordination across all project phases to maintain quality and timeliness.
