Job summary

Evolve Talent seeks an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a medium-sized residential aged care facility on Sydney's North Shore. You will oversee daily operations, drive high-quality person-centred care, optimise revenue and ensure accreditation standards are met, while mentoring staff.

The role requires AHPRA registered nurse with leadership background, strong HR, budgeting and governance skills, and a commitment to staff wellbeing and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous leadership experience.
• Experience achieving accreditation standards and quality indicators.
• Ability to lead and develop teams while managing risk.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working collaboratively with your clinical lead your main responsibilities will include: ensuring the delivery of high quality person centred care, the maximisation of revenue and ensuring accreditation standards are met and maintained.

You will be an experienced, self-motivated and proactive manager, who has a proven track record within an operational capacity including the achievement of financial budgets, implementation and continued development of standards and procedures and promoting productivity of your team members across the facility through your management style and knowledge of HR standards.

Main Duties

• Day to day operations & management of the service
• Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained through community engagement
• Finance & HR management
• Motivation, training & development of team members
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met in line with accreditation & industry standards
