Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a medium aged care service in Sydney’s North Shore, NSW. You will inspire, mentor and empower a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care aligned with individual care plans and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

As a visible hands‑on leader, provide clinical guidance, drive accreditation readiness, manage risk, and support residents, families and external providers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and leadership experience.
• Experience achieving accreditation standards in aged care or clinical settings.
• Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff.
• Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing in line with standards.
• Accurate completion, review and updating of relevant documentation.
• Motivation, training and development of clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance and quality indicators are met.
• Support continuous improvement and collaborate with families and external providers.

About the Role

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Clinical Manager within a medium aged care service within Sydney's stunning North Shore region, NSW.
