Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Development/Project Manager to oversee residential and mixed-use projects in Sydney, moving through construction, completion and handover stages while engaging with design development and planning teams. You will coordinate consultants, builders and stakeholders to keep programs on track and maintain quality across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience as a Development Manager, Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in residential or mixed-use developments.
Delivery experience across Class 2 residential buildings.
Exposure to design development, planning and coordination is advantageous.
Strong understanding of construction methodology, programmes, budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

Manage key delivery workstreams across residential and mixed-use developments from design development to completion and handover.
Coordinate builders, consultants and stakeholders to ensure progress against programme, budget and quality requirements.
Oversee design coordination, documentation and consultant deliverables with a focus on buildability and practical outcomes.
Monitor construction progress, identify risks and resolve issues with delivery teams.
Assist with project reporting, programme updates and recommendations for senior management.
