Job summary

MAAS Group is seeking a Residential Development Services Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of residential development projects in NSW. The role reports to the General Manager and involves managing multiple developments from acquisition to completion.

You will coordinate planning approvals, engage consultants and authorities, monitor budgets and cash flow, and drive project milestones while maximizing value and ROI for regional and metropolitan markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property development, land development, civil construction, town planning, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple development projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of NSW planning processes, development approvals, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Sound commercial and financial acumen.

Lead residential development projects from concept to completion.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Development Services Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of residential development projects. This role will play a critical part in managing the development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with business objectives.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and landowners, you will drive project outcomes while identifying opportunities to maximise value and support the continued growth of our residential development portfolio.

About the Role

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Town Planning, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
