Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Senior Development Manager in Sydney to lead a residential-led mixed-use development from feasibility through to approvals. You will work with the Head of Development and internal teams, coordinating consultants and managing critical development workstreams to shape strategy and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Development Manager with private developer experience.
• Experience in large-scale residential/mixed-use projects.
• Strong front-end development lifecycle skills: feasibility, planning and design development.
• Excellent commercial acumen with budgets and value optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead key development workstreams from feasibility through planning, design and approvals.
• Manage and interrogate feasibilities, financial models and project budgets.
• Drive planning strategies, engage with consultants, authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee design development with multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities to maximise project value and manage risks.
• Coordinate retail, residential and public domain considerations.
• Manage project programmes, consultant deliverables, and milestones.
• Collaborate with construction teams to support early-stage decisions.
• Prepare development reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
