The role involves day-to-day site delivery, close work with the Project Manager and project team to drive the programme, subcontractor performance, quality and safety on site.

• Experience leading site operations on large-scale residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and trades.
• Strong track record delivering high-quality finishes on time.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to align with programme
• Drive construction programme and key milestones
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays
• Coordinate sequencing of trades and site activities
• Maintain high standards of quality and finishes
• Manage QA, defects and inspections
• Ensure WHS compliance and site standards
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Foremen, Engineers and consultants
• Assist with short-term programming and look-ahead programmes
• Manage site logistics and access
• Attend site/project meetings
• Drive project through construction to handover
